1. No Returns & No Refunds

All sales made through tronoh.com are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Ordering the wrong item

• Dissatisfaction with product size, design, or perceived value

• Gifts not being received or appreciated by the recipient

• Delays caused by third-party logistics providers (unless non-delivery is confirmed)

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing under a strict no-refund policy.

2. Non-Delivery Exception

A refund will only be issued in one circumstance:

If we are unable to fulfill or deliver your order.

If your order cannot be shipped or delivered due to reasons originating from our side, we will:

1. Contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout, and

2. Offer either a replacement (if applicable) or a full refund.

Note: If delivery fails due to customer-related issues (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, refusal to accept the package), the order will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

Because all sales are final:

• We do not accept returns for damaged or defective items.

• If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos.

• We may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial resolution, but we are under no obligation to do so.

4. Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.

Our team begins processing orders immediately.

5. Digital Products

All digital or downloadable items are considered fully delivered at the time of purchase.

No refunds are provided for any digital product for any reason.
